Our school was last inspected in May 2019 when were judged to be a good school in all aspects.

Some comments from the report include:

  • Safeguarding is central to what the school does. The school is a calm and welcoming place that supports pupils to be enthusiastic learners.
  • The teaching of reading, writing and mathematics is good.
  • From the moment they enter the school, pupils are well supported through a range of interventions to meet their individual special needs.
  • Staff are skilled at building excellent relationships with pupils and getting to know their needs.
  • The school has a welcoming and caring ethos.
  • Pupils show excellent attitudes in class, enjoy learning and are motivated to do their best.
  • The behaviour of pupils is outstanding.
