This morning Maples class continued making their name plaques, by banging nails into the letters of their name. They then used the hand drills to make a hole at either end, ready for us to thread some string next week
We had great fun making bubble wands today. Mrs Smith had cut some willow branches from our very fast-growing willow tunnel, which we stripped of leaves and then bent the top over to make a loop. We twisted some wire around the branch and then used our wands to make really big bubbles!
Also this morning…we built a fairy village, kindly donated to us by one of our families in school, we set up the ball run (a great deal of thought went into how we could make it work!) and enjoyed the sunshine as we played and worked
