Rowans bee day

14th June 2022

This morning, Rowans class had a good look (at a safe distance) at the beautiful bumble bees that have made a nest in our forest school composter.
We then did some bee activities-we made our own flying bees using pinecones and wool and also made our own yellow chalk paint and brown mud paint and used them to make a stripey bee picture…
As always, Rowans found lots of other activities to do and things to discover. Check out the amazingly friendly snail that we found this morning!!
